Casey Kloepping With over 25 years of hands-on automotive experience, Casey has been a driving force behind the shop's success since joining in 2000. As an ASE Master Certified Technician, he brings expert-level knowledge and a passion for precision to every repair. His commitment to excellence goes beyond the garage-exceptional customer service is at the core of everything he does, making sure each customer feels valued and confident in their vehicle's care.

Mitch Wilson Mitch has been with Arn's Auto since 2014 and brings 5 years of automotive experience to the team. As a Level 1 ASE Certified Technician, Mitch is known for his technical abilities and reliability. His dedication to learning and attention to detail make him a valuable technician and trusted team member.

Shawn Olson With over 25 years of experience in automotive repair, Shawn has been a vital part of Arn's Auto since 2013. As an ASE Master Certified Technician and tow truck driver, Shawn's wide-ranging skills and commitment to quality service make him a key figure in the shop's daily operations.

Ron Zuehke Ron has contributed to the Arn's Auto team since 2003. With responsibilities ranging from assistant radiator repair and shop maintenance to customer service, Ron's versatility and dedication make him an indispensable part of the team.

Jeff Zimmerman Jeff has been with Arn's since 1987 and brings an impressive 31 years of radiator-specific experience. Often referred to as "The Doctor" of radiator repair, he is highly respected for his depth of knowledge and the precision of his work.

Amanda Kloepping Co-owner Amanda wears many hats at the shop, handling everything from general bookkeeping and human resources to marketing and advertising. Her attention to detail and organizational strength keep the office running smoothly and the business on track for growth.

Chris Kniss A graduate of the Highland Community College Automotive Program, Chris joined the team in 2018. Chris's technical training and dependable work ethic make him a valuable and trusted member of the team.

Joe Kloepping Joe became part of Arn's Auto in 2019 after graduating from Blackhawk Technical College's Automotive Program. As a tire specialist, he brings both skill and enthusiasm to the team, contributing to the shop's reputation for thorough, dependable service.

Kirk Douglas Kirk also joined in 2019 with 40 years of automotive repair experience and ASE certification. His extensive background and commitment to craftsmanship add depth and reliability to the team's expertise.

Mike Menzel Mike came on board in 2020 and has proven himself to be the go-to person for welding, fabricating, and general handyman tasks. His versatile skill set and problem-solving approach make him a strong asset to the team.

Bryan Kniss Joining in 2023, Bryan specializes in welding, fabricating, and engine work. His mechanical skill and focus on quality ensure every job is done with precision and care, enhancing the team's capabilities.

Tessa Kloepping Tessa became part of the Arn's Auto team in 2021 and serves as both an Office Administrator and Project Manager. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, Tessa brings fresh perspective and drive as a current student at Blackhawk Technical College. Her organizational skills and commitment to learning help the shop's continued success.
